The PPL 237 HSSE philosophy is expected to be in line with an adequate statement of business principle. This indicate that the Dutchford E&P will continuously work to reduce environmental impacts and risk related to activities while also promoting environmental sustainability of natural resources within her operational areas. In this regard, operator will conduct requisite environmental impact assessment of proposed major oil and gas projects, risk assessment, audits, incident reporting and other HSSE related activities to prevent regulatory sanctions, as well as eliminate hazards and unsafe practices at the workplace. A register of all environmental aspects of operations shall be maintained. 
CASHES PLAN is endorsed by the Management and defines how its personnel are to work to fulfil intent of the operator’s Corporate CASHES Policies.

Health

The Dutchford health policy encompasses the conduct of E&P activities in such a way as to take account of the health and safety of our employees and of other persons and to give proper regard to the conservation of the environment. In implementing this policy, Dutchford E&P will not only comply with the requirements of the relevant legislation but promote in an appropriate manner, measures for the protection of health, safety and the environment for all who may be affected directly or indirectly by their activities

Our environmental due diligence and environmental impact assessment compliance will be according to the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) Environmental Guidelines and Standards for the Petroleum Industry in Nigeria (EGASPIN), Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) is a systematic procedure to evaluate subject properties for potential environmental contamination and liability. The process typically involves to several activities each of which relates to varying depths of investigation.
